It was cold that evening, as I sat outside my compound enjoying the bliss of the atmosphere, the sun just went,out and the smell of nightfall approaching with cozy breeze just romancing my skin

Just then I heard my phone ringing tone, I rushed down to the parlor to pickup my phone, to my greatest surprise it shows in my phone NO CALLERS ID ,
Who could be calling with an hidden number I thought to myself, as I pressed the green button and pick up the call

Hi Angel, said in a raspy voice, Good evening its ken Clifford . I got stunted immediately and then pick up myself together

Hi ,evening how may I help u? I said in a mean tone,
Common Angel it’s just a friendly call, it’s been long I heard from u, so how are u doing?
I’m fine thanks as I ended the call ,

Here comes my phone ringing again , “ooh it’s him , I picked up the call and before I could even say a word..

Hi Angel we’re still friends, so I’ve been thinking about you lately and I don’t know if we can have a drink together

What could this drink be all about as I thought to myself,
Well I missed him, he’s my EX

“NO” I said
Ohhh Angel please….. he said in a sweet melting tone , it’s just a drink
Oh okay where are we meeting I replied

I aroused as I replied him , I thought you said it’s just a drink ? Why then are we gonna be drinking in a hotel room, ain’t there cool bars ?

Ohh no…. I ceased and stammered …
Alright it’s okay thanks I’ll be expecting you and he ended the call

I was astonished, I hurriedly got up from the chair I was sitting on and went straight to the bathroom to take a cool shower, got dressed and I went straight to mom and lied to her that I was going to visit Fatiha, Ohhh…she’s my bestie, Be safe mom said .

I walked out of my living room ,strolling down on my street ,to the junction where I’ll get a tricycle , I smiled as I walked down the street and observed the chirping of birds , insects and quietness and amazed by God’s beautiful creatures

Okay.. here comes me at Sylvia links hotel, as I walked majestically to the receptionist, I asked her I want to visit ken at room 68, she then placed a call, and asked my name, then I replied , I’m Angel, as i looked back to my phone and continued playing my candy crush game ,just then she ended the calm and directed me to the 3rd flour , I continued playing the game as i walked through the staircase.

Knock..knock
Hold I’m coming , just as the door opens I was met by kens gorgeous smirks, I was amazed by how handsome he was looking, although he’s always looking good, i though to myself.
Hello Angel,he said in his husky voice as his eyes scanned me up and down with an emotion that I couldn’t read , that made me squeeze my thighs together, I became conscious of my body and what I was wearing

“ I thought I told you not to call me that asshole” I said as I walked pass him into the cold air conditioned room and sat on the bed, Just when I thought the silence was gonna swallow me up , he broke it.

So how have u been doing? He asked he’s eyes still on me, that got me a bit uncomfortable as I looked down the floor and said “good, good”
You’re always glowing and looking prettier,he said still not taking he’s eyes off me .
Gosh… I was so embarrassed, I looked away as my face blushed red.
Thanks I said.not wanting to give him the satisfaction he wanted .

Yo I’m in level 17 now , this candy crush is really amazing I said,
I’ll be back Angel, ken said as he walked out of the room and slumped the door .

Ken is always looking handsome, he’s cute lips ,smiles , cute hair cut and nice smell, I thought to myself.
Here he comes with a bottle of wine and two glasses

It’s your favorite, he said
Yeah “ I replied with a smooth smile on my face . Just then he turned to lock the door and dumped the keys on a wooden table close to the bed .
Yeah this guys has my mumu button , I said right in my thoughts, as my heart beats hmmmm…

He opened the wine , poured on both cups and gave me a glass of it . Cheers was the only word I uttered

Cheers to good life , friendship, cheers to beautiful past , and the glowing Angel right in front of me . Just as the glass both hits each other and our eyes met, as I wear in a beautiful smiles
We both drank from the bottle wine , played games together and discussed on petty little things and the past and the future , and keep on smiling .
I think I’m a bit feeling dizzy
